Console table made from a piece of naturally weathered driftwood paired with oak.
The driftwood has been shaped over time by water and sand, leaving grooves, cracks and texture that you just can’t fake. I’ve kept that surface as untouched as possible and rebuilt one corner in oak to give it strength and a clean structure.
Oak legs match the repair and balance the roughness of the top.
Finished with a protective coat that keeps the texture visible rather than glossy.
Works well in hallways or behind a sofa — somewhere you want a bit of natural character without it dominating the room.
